Flea Market Info


We hold two events each year which feature flea markets – our Swap Meet in June and our Antique Engine & Tractor Show in September.  The Swap Meet is a fundraiser for us and is much more casual – cost to sell is less, no pre-registration is needed, and there is no space restriction.

During the Antique Engine & Tractor show, lots are 23×25 and prices vary. Pre-registration is encouraged (and lots are cheaper).



LOTS: There is no pre-registration for the Swap Meet, as well as no restriction on the amount of space you take. Cost to sell is $10 per vendor. Set up starts on Thursday, June 9, 2016. Electric hookups are limited, and cost an extra $15 for the entire event.


LOTS: Lot size is 23 feet deep by 25 feet wide. There is NO electricity in the Flea Market. We have two registration periods: before July 1st and after July 1st. Those who registered for the flea market last year have until July 1 to let us know if they want the same lots. After July 1, we fill in empty lots on a first-come basis. Download the Flea Market Contract for more information. Once your lots are registered, you will receive a postcard with set up information and lot number.

PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES: All vehicles that are used at our events to get around the property are required to pay a PTV registration fee. Cost is $15 and is good for the entire event. Due to congestion, PTVs are not allowed in the Flea Market during our ANTIQUE ENGINE AND TRACTOR SHOW on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE that we have a No Vehicle Policy from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday – Sunday. This means that if you need to leave to go to the store etc., you can drive out anytime, but your vehicle can not get back in  between 10 a.m and 4 p.m. You are welcome to walk in or have someone meet you at the gate.FleaMarketContract2015
