Here is some information that we hope will make your visit as pleasant as possible:

• EXHIBITORS: Must register to enter the show. Registration Gate is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. starting Tuesday before the show. If you arrive after 8 p.m., you are welcome to stay overnight in our parking lot. Each exhibitor receives wristbands for owner, spouse and kids under 18. One vehicle permit is also available. Exhibitors do not pay camping or admission fees but pays for Personal Transportation Vehicle permit if you have an golf cart, Gator etc. No selling is allowed. Flea market lots are available if you would like to sell. No saving areas for others  is allowed. Please put your display near the edge of the road for our visitors to see and your camper in back of it. You must wear a wristband or pay admission. Replacement bands are available for $10 each with presentation of damaged band.

• CAMPING: Camping spaces for non-exhibitors are available on a first come basis. There is limited electric (which is an extra fee.) Campers must pay nightly camp fee plus daily admission per person. There are no refunds if you leave early.

• PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES (PTV): $20 registration (good for all 4 days). PTVs include golf carts, Gators, newer riding lawn mowers – everything except single seat mobility scooters/wheelchairs.) One person mobility units are considered handicapped and do not pay.

• No ATVs, Mini/dirt bikes, firearms, fireworks or political (including Confederate) items allowed. Profanity and offensive language, clothing, signs etc. are are not allowed. This is a family event.

• ALCOHOL/CANNABIS: If you partake, you must stay at your campsite. You can be charged with DUI if you are caught driving machinery while under the influence. Neither substance allowed in any buildings including the Stephenson Barn.

• DRIVING EQUIPMENT: You must have a valid driver’s license to drive tractors, golf carts, etc. If you are under 16, you can drive a garden tractor to and from Kid’s Tractor Games, Kids Tractor Cruise and parades only after passing our skills test. A “license” is given to those who pass the test and must be worn while driving.

• VEHICLE INFORMATION–  Extra vehicles need to be parked in the parking lot. An example of an extra vehicle would be if an exhibitor drove a motorhome pulling a display and the spouse was driving a car,  the car would be considered the extra vehicle.

• ENTRANCE TO THE SHOW: Vehicles will not be allowed in   from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This does NOT include exhibitors arriving for the FIRST time. You can leave or walk in at any time. To get your vehicle in during other times, a vehicle pass on the driver side windshield is required. To get yourself in, you must wear a wristband. No exceptions.

• PETS: Exhibitors, campers and vendors are welcome to bring their pets to the show. They must be kept at the owner’s campsite at all times and leashed or kenneled. Please clean up after your pet. Pets not allowed on PTVs.

• FLEA MARKET: Large machines like farm tractors are prohibited from being driven in the Flea Market at any time. On Friday and Saturday motorized vehicles (golf carts, Gators etc) are prohibited  from 10 a.m .to 2 p.m. Parking is available at the end of each row.

• NIGHT TIME DRIVING: Headlights are required on any vehicle driven around the show after dark.

• QUIET TIME: is held nightly from midnight to 7 a.m. This means no running generators (except in the generator camping area), loud music, barking dogs etc. You must be at your campsite during these times.

• SECURITY: There will be security during the show, but because we have over 80 acres, we urge you to secure your belongings. If you have an emergency, call 911. EMTs and fire units will be on the property during the day only.

• BICYCLES: Due to congestion, there is no bicycle riding from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
